Simple Meditation.
We continuously use our minds to worry about either the future or the past, like this we are never actually present. Apart from not being able to experience reality whilst being involved in all this mind chatter, we a generating a lot of stress for ourselves. To enter the “Here and Now” all you have to do is to become totally aware of your breathing process. Try to be aware of both in and out breaths and if any thoughts arise, just ignore them. This is a very efficient form of meditation. After a while try to sense your inner body. |
